This manual explains, in plain language, everything you need to start using the platform on day one. It covers what the product does, who the agents are, how to log in, how to interact with your AI executives, and how administrators configure the system. No technical background is required. If you are a new operator, read sections 1 through 8. If you are an administrator, also read sections 9 through 12. --- ## 2. What Is SovereignBoard AI? SovereignBoard AI gives your organization a complete cabinet of 15 specialized AI executive agents — each modeled on a real-world C-suite role. Instead of hiring a full executive team, your organization gets an autonomous panel of advisors that continuously analyzes your business, surfaces risks, models scenarios, and answers your questions through a natural-language concierge. Every agent is calibrated to your organization's industry, size, revenue, geography, strategic goals, and pain points. A mid-market finance firm gets agents that speak the language of Basel III and capital adequacy. A healthcare provider gets agents that reference HIPAA and patient-data workflows. The same 15 agents behave differently for each organization. The platform is designed around three promises: - **Always-on intelligence.** Your agents run continuously, surfacing risks and opportunities without being asked. - **Human-in-the-loop control.** When an agent detects a high-risk situation, the system pauses and requires your explicit decision before anything proceeds. - **Full tenant isolation.** Each organization's agents, configuration, and data are completely separate from every other organization on the platform. --- ## 3. Ask Iris a question and she routes it to the right specialist. | --- ## 4. Getting Started ### Logging In 1. Open the SovereignBoard AI gateway page in your browser. 2. Enter your email address and your access code (password). 3. Click **Initiate Secure Login**. If your account has not yet been approved by an administrator, you will see a "Pending Approval" message. Contact your organization's administrator to be approved. ### Registering a New Account 1. On the gateway page, switch to **Register Access** mode. 2. Enter your full name and email address. 3. Select your organization from the dropdown list. 4. Click **Submit Access Request**. Your account is created with Operator status and pending approval. An administrator must approve you before you can log in. ### Demo Access If you want to explore the platform without an account, two demo terminals are available on the gateway page: - **Super Admin Demo** — gives you full platform-wide access, including organization management and agent configuration. - **Operator Demo** — gives you standard boardroom access tied to a sample organization (Apex Capital Group). Demo sessions are for exploration only and do not persist changes. --- ## 5. The Dashboard — Your Boardroom The dashboard is the main screen you will use day to day. It is your command center for interacting with all 15 agents. ### Top Navigation - **Organization name** — displayed in the header so you always know which organization you are operating in. - **C-Suite Board / Neural Pulse** — a toggle to switch between the agent grid view and the network visualization view. - **System Online indicator** — confirms the platform is live and connected. - **Avatar & Logout** — your profile and sign-out control. ### Stats Strip Four summary cards sit below the header, giving you a quick read on the organization's status: - **Active Agents** — how many of your 15 agents are currently enabled. - **P&L Delta** — the latest profit-and-loss change tracked by Gauss. - **Threat Level** — the current security posture reported by Athena (LOW, AMBER WATCH, or ELEVATED). - **ESG Score** — the sustainability rating tracked by Gaia. ### Agent Grid The main area displays all 15 agents as cards. Each card shows: - The agent's name and title. - A status badge (Idle, Running, or Completed). - The agent's most recent output — a short summary of what it found or did. - A risk-level indicator (low, medium, or high) shown as a colored dot. - The AI engine powering that agent. - A **Run** button to trigger the agent on demand. Use the block filter tabs — **All, Strategy, Execution, Governance** — to narrow the grid to a specific block. Clicking any card expands it to show detailed metrics and a full description of that agent's role. ### Running an Agent 1. Find the agent you want to consult. 2. Click the **Run** button on its card. 3. The agent's status changes to "Running" while it processes. 4. When complete, the status changes to "Completed" and the card updates with the agent's latest output. You can run any agent at any time. Agents also run automatically in the background, which is reflected in the Activity Feed. --- ## 6. The Neural Pulse The Neural Pulse is a visual map of your entire AI boardroom. It shows all 15 agents as nodes connected by lines, with animated data packets flowing between them. ### What You See - **Nodes** — each circle represents one agent, color-coded by its block (gold for Strategy, blue for Execution, green for Governance). - **Connections** — lines between nodes show which agents share data. For example, Socrates feeds analysis to Gauss, and Iris routes requests to Midas. - **Glowing nodes** — when an agent is running, its node pulses with light. - **Data packets** — small colored dots travel along the connection lines, representing real-time data flow. ### When to Use It The Neural Pulse is most useful when you want a quick, visual sense of which agents are active and how they are communicating. It is not a control surface — you still run agents from the C-Suite Board view — but it gives you an intuitive picture of the system's overall health and activity. During a Redline event (described in section 8), the Neural Pulse pauses and displays a red indicator: "FEED PAUSED — REDLINE ACTIVE." --- ## 7. Iris — Your Executive Concierge Iris is the simplest way to interact with your AI boardroom. Instead of finding and running individual agents, you simply type a question or directive in plain English and Iris routes it to the right specialist. ### How to Use Iris 1. In the dashboard, locate the **Iris — Executive Concierge** panel on the right side of the screen. 2. Type your question or directive in the input field. For example: - "What is our current cash runway?" - "Are there any compliance risks in our European operations?" - "Stress-test our Q3 revenue projection against a 20% market downturn." 3. Press Enter or click the send button. 4. Iris determines which agent or agents are best suited to answer, routes your request, and returns a response calibrated to your organization's profile. Iris is powered by advanced language AI and understands natural, conversational language. You do not need to use special commands or syntax. --- ## 8. The Redline Override Protocol The Redline Override Protocol is SovereignBoard AI's most important safety feature. It ensures that a human being always makes the final call on high-risk actions. ### What Triggers a Redline? When Socrates — the Adversarial Auditor — detects that a decision or agent action crosses a critical risk threshold (for example, a profit-and-loss deviation beyond an acceptable range), the system automatically pauses. ### What Happens During a Redline? 1. The entire dashboard pauses. The Agent Activity Feed stops. The Neural Pulse freezes. 2. A full-screen red overlay appears, displaying a **Socrates Dissent Memo** — a detailed explanation of the risk, the bias or assumption being challenged, and alternative pathways. 3. You are presented with three choices: - **Approve Execution** — You accept the risk and allow the action to proceed. This is the green option. - **Adapt Parameters** — You ask the system to adjust the plan and re-simulate before proceeding. This is the yellow option. - **Roll Back to Checkpoint** — You cancel the action entirely and return to the previous safe state. This is the red option. 4. Whichever choice you make, you are asked to confirm your identity through a brief signature verification step. This creates a permanent, auditable record of who authorized what and when. ### The Veto Button If you want to halt an action immediately, a **Hold to Veto** button is available. Press and hold it for three seconds. A progress bar fills as you hold. When it completes, the action is rolled back and the event is logged. ### Why This Matters The Redline protocol means that SovereignBoard AI will never execute a high-risk action on its own. A human executive always reviews, signs, and takes responsibility. Every redline event is recorded in a permanent audit trail for compliance and review purposes. --- ## 9. User Roles & Access Levels SovereignBoard AI has three user roles. Your role determines what you can see and do. ### Operator The standard user role. Operators can: - View the dashboard and all enabled agents. - Run agents they are permitted to (based on their privileges). - Ask Iris questions. - Approve or veto redline events (if granted the redline privilege). Operators must be approved by an administrator before they can log in. ### Tenant Administrator An administrator for a specific organization. Tenant admins can do everything an operator can, plus: - Access the User Management screen. - Approve or reject new operator accounts for their organization. - Set privileges for users within their organization. - Activate or deactivate operator accounts. Tenant admins can only see and manage users within their own organization. ### Super Administrator The platform operator role. Super admins can do everything tenant admins can, plus: - Access the Sovereign Global Admin screen. - Create new organizations. - Activate or deactivate entire organizations. - Configure which agents each organization has access to. - Set the business profile for each organization (industry, size, goals, etc.). - View and manage users across all organizations. Super admins have platform-wide access. This role is typically held by the SovereignBoard Global team. ### Access Privileges Within each role, administrators can grant four fine-grained privileges: | Privilege | What It Allows | |-----------|---------------| | **Can View** | Read-only access to agent outputs and dashboard data. | | **Can Execute** | Trigger agent runs on demand. | | **Can Redline** | Approve or veto redline override events. | | **Can Campaign** | Authorize Midas to launch automated marketing campaigns. | These privileges can be mixed and matched per user, and four preset combinations are available: - **Read-Only** — Can View only. - **Operator** — Can View and Can Execute. - **Financial Signatory** — Can View, Can Execute, and Can Redline. - **Full Access** — All four privileges. --- ## 10. Managing Users & Privileges This section is for Tenant Administrators and Super Administrators. ### Accessing User Management 1. Log in and navigate to the **Users** link in the top navigation. 2. You will see a list of all users in your organization (or all organizations, if you are a super admin). ### Filtering Users Three filter tabs help you find users quickly: - **All** — every user. - **Active** — users who have been approved and can log in. - **Pending** — users who have registered but are awaiting approval. ### Approving a New User 1. Find the user in the Pending list (they will have an orange status badge). 2. Click the approve toggle to activate their account. 3. The user can now log in. ### Setting a User's Privileges 1. Click on a user in the list to select them. 2. The Privilege Matrix appears on the right side of the screen. 3. Choose a preset (Read-Only, Operator, Financial Signatory, Full Access) or toggle individual privileges on or off. 4. The changes take effect immediately. ### Deactivating a User 1. Select the user. 2. Click the deactivate button. 3. The user will no longer be able to log in. Their account remains in the system and can be reactivated at any time. Super admin accounts cannot be deactivated. --- ## 11. Configuring Organizations This section is for Super Administrators only. ### The Sovereign Global Admin Screen From this screen, you manage every organization on the platform. ### Creating a New Organization 1. In the left column, enter the organization's name and a URL slug (a short, lowercase identifier with no spaces, such as "acme-corp"). 2. Click **Create Organization**. 3. The new organization appears in the list with a default set of all 15 agents enabled. ### Activating and Deactivating Organizations Each organization has an active/inactive toggle. Deactivating an organization suspends access for all its users without deleting any data. Reactivating restores access immediately. ### The Agent Matrix For each organization, you can choose which of the 15 agents are available. This is done through the Agent Matrix tab: 1. Select an organization from the list. 2. Click the **Agent Matrix** tab. 3. You will see all 15 agents grouped by block, displayed as toggle buttons. 4. Turn agents on or off as needed. For example, a small startup might disable Gaia (Sustainability) and Thucydides (Geo-Risk) while keeping Gauss, Athena, and Iris active. 5. Click **Save Configuration** to apply your changes. Each organization's agent configuration is completely isolated. Changes to one organization never affect any other. --- ## 12. Industry Profiles & Business Calibration This is what makes SovereignBoard AI powerful: every agent is calibrated to your organization's specific business context. ### Setting the Business Profile In the Sovereign Global Admin screen, select an organization and click the **Business Profile** tab. You will see a form with the following sections: #### Core Identity - **Industry** — Choose from 14 sectors: Technology, Finance & Banking, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail & E-Commerce, Energy & Utilities, Real Estate, Professional Services, Logistics & Supply Chain, Media & Entertainment, Education, Government & Public Sector, Agriculture, or Other. - **Geography / Markets** — The regions where the organization operates (for example, "North America and EU" or "APAC"). #### Scale & Revenue - **Company Size** — Startup, Small Business, Mid-Market, or Large Enterprise. - **Annual Revenue** — Ranges from "Under $1M" to "Over $1B." - **Headcount** — Ranges from "1–10" to "2,000+." #### Strategic Context - **Strategic Goals** — Enter one goal per line. These are the outcomes the organization is pursuing (for example, "Expand into European markets" or "Reduce customer acquisition cost by 30%"). - **Pain Points** — Enter one challenge per line. These are the problems the organization wants the agents to focus on (for example, "High customer churn" or "Regulatory compliance burden in multiple jurisdictions"). ### Agent Context Preview Below the form, a live preview shows how all 15 agents will be primed based on the profile you have entered. This lets you confirm that the agents will be calibrated correctly before saving. ### Why This Matters The business profile is injected into every agent interaction. When Gauss runs a financial forecast, it factors in your actual revenue range. When Solon checks compliance, it references the regulations for your specific industry. When Thucydides assesses geopolitical risk, it focuses on the regions where you operate. The more accurate and detailed your business profile, the more relevant and useful every agent's output will be. --- ## 13. Agent Activity Feed The Activity Feed is the live ticker on the right side of the dashboard. It shows you what your agents are doing in real time. ### What Appears in the Feed As agents run — either because you triggered them manually or because they are operating automatically — their actions appear as entries in the feed. Each entry shows: - The agent's name. - A short description of what it did or found. - A timestamp. The feed updates continuously. During a Redline event, the feed pauses automatically and resumes when the event is resolved. ### Using the Feed The feed is passive — you do not interact with it directly. It is there to give you awareness of what is happening across your boardroom without having to check each agent individually. If you see something that concerns you, you can click the relevant agent's card to get more detail or ask Iris for an explanation. --- ## 14.
