SovereignBoard AI
A plain-English guide for everyone
No technical background required. This guide explains everything in simple words.
What Is SovereignBoard AI?
SovereignBoard AI is like having a team of 15 smart advisors for your business. Each advisor is an expert in one area — like money, legal, technology, security, or marketing. They work for you around the clock, watching your business, finding problems, and giving you advice.
Think of it as a virtual boardroom. Instead of hiring a Chief Financial Officer, a Legal Counsel, a Security Chief, and a dozen other executives, you get AI versions of all of them. They never sleep, never take vacations, and always have your latest business data at their fingertips.
How to Onboard a Business
Getting your business onto SovereignBoard AI takes five simple steps. Here is exactly what happens:
The Super Admin Creates Your Organization
Every business on the platform is called an “organization.” Before anyone can log in, a Super Administrator must create it:
- 1.Log in to the Super Admin panel.
- 2.Click the "+" button next to "Organizations."
- 3.Type in your business name (e.g., "Acme Corp").
- 4.Type a short slug — a lowercase nickname (e.g., "acme-corp").
- 5.Click Create.
All 15 AI advisors are turned on by default. Your business is ready to be configured.
The Super Admin Sets Up Your Business Profile
This is the most important step. The Super Admin tells the system what your business does, so the AI advisors can give advice that makes sense for your company.
After saving, all 15 advisors are instantly calibrated to your business.
The Super Admin Chooses Which Advisors Are Active
Not every business needs all 15 advisors right away. The Super Admin can turn advisors on or off:
- 1.Select your organization from the list.
- 2.Click the Agent Matrix tab.
- 3.Toggle any advisor on or off.
- 4.Click Save Configuration.
User Accounts Are Created
People in your company need accounts to log in. There are two ways:
Option A: People register themselves
They go to the login page, click "Register Access," enter their name and email, select your organization, and submit. Their account waits for admin approval.
Option B: Already approved
If the admin has already set up the account, the person just enters their email and password and clicks "Initiate Secure Login."
An Admin Approves New Users
When someone registers, an administrator must approve them:
- 1.The admin logs in and clicks "Users" in the top navigation.
- 2.They look at the "Pending" tab to see who is waiting.
- 3.They click the approve toggle next to the person’s name.
- 4.The person can now log in.
How to Give Inputs
Once your business is set up, there are four ways to tell the system what you need:
Way 1: The Business Profile
The business profile from onboarding is the foundation. Everything the AI advisors do is influenced by it. If your business changes, the admin can update the profile anytime.
Who: Super Admin or Tenant Admin | Where: Super Admin panel > Business Profile tab
Way 2: Ask Iris (Type Questions in Plain English)
Iris is your AI concierge. You do not need to know which advisor handles what. Just type your question in normal English, and Iris sends it to the right expert.
Examples:
Who: Anyone with "Can Execute" permission | Where: Dashboard > Iris panel
Way 3: Run an Advisor Directly
If you know which advisor you want, run them directly:
- 1.Go to the dashboard and find the advisor’s card.
- 2.Click the Run button.
- 3.Wait for the status to change to "Completed."
- 4.Click the card to see detailed results.
Way 4: Set Up a Constitution (Rules the AI Must Follow)
A constitution is a set of rules your AI advisors must obey. For example:
Who: Super Admin | Where: Super Admin panel > Constitution tab

The Four Permissions
What Happens on the Dashboard
The dashboard is your main screen. Here is what you will see:
The Safety System (Redline)
A redline event is the most important safety feature. It means the system detected something risky and stopped to ask a human what to do.
What Happens When a Redline Triggers:
- 1.The entire dashboard pauses. The activity feed stops. The Neural Pulse freezes.
- 2.A red screen appears with a clear explanation of the risk and what the alternatives are.
- 3.You choose one of three options (below).
- 4.You confirm your identity with a brief signature step. Your decision is permanently recorded.
Accept the risk and let the action go forward.
Adjust the plan and re-run the analysis before deciding.
Cancel the action and go back to the previous safe state.
The Veto Button
If you want to stop an action immediately, press and hold the Hold to Veto button for three seconds. A progress bar fills up. When it completes, the action is cancelled and rolled back.

Quick Start Checklist
Tips for Best Results
Be specific in your Business Profile. The more detail you give, the better your advisors’ advice will be.
Ask Iris clear questions. Instead of "How are we doing?", try "What is our current cash runway and how does it compare to last quarter?"
Check the Activity Feed regularly. It shows what your advisors are finding, even when you did not ask them to run.
Take redline events seriously. Read the explanation carefully. Your decision is permanent and recorded.
Update your Business Profile when things change. If you enter a new market or shift goals, update the profile.
Set up a constitution early. Rules like "Never spend more than $X without approval" prevent unwanted actions.
Need Help?
Cannot log in?
Check with your administrator that your account has been approved.
Seeing "Pending Approval"?
Your account exists but an admin has not approved it yet. Contact your company’s admin.
Advisor not showing up?
The Super Admin may have turned it off in the Agent Matrix. Ask them to enable it.
Iris not responding?
The system may be in Air-Gapped Mode (backup state). You will still get locally-generated responses.
